Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by product. These are estimates from order date and do not include customs delays on international orders.
- SFX RGBW Wireless Tube Kits — typically arrive within 1–2 weeks
- WLED DMX RGBW Kits — up to 4–6 weeks depending on stock
- Wireless WLED PCB Kits — up to 4–6 weeks depending on stock

Shipping Rates
We ship from the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $500.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.
Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final once the order has been shipped. We do not offer refunds after shipment. By completing a purchase, customers accept this final sale policy.
All customers are required to review and sign a purchase agreement before checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Your claim must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video evidence showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the claim and determine whether it qualifies for replacement parts or a replacement unit. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible. Email team@wledlab.com to submit a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Warranty
SFX RGBW Wireless Tube Kits come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond IP54 rated conditions, or modifications to the hardware or firmware.
